Shipping & Custom Charges
We use Australia Post to send all purchased items. All shipping rates are calculated by Australia Post and we have no control over what the postal charge is.
Any postal delays are out of our control. At this time, we are not using a courier company for any items, but if this is to change, you will see it as an option at time of checkout. It is advisable to let us know if you need something urgently, so we can possibly arrange for alternative postal delivery though please note, this will incur an extra cost to you.
As a customs declaration is needed for any item sent overseas, your full address and contact information is needed for this form. We are not responsible for any additional custom charges your home country may impose on receipt of these goods. If in doubt, please check prior to purchase to avoid any unexpected charge.

Taxes are applied automatically based on country of destination.
In Australia, a GST of 10% must be applied to all relevant goods and services - postage is a service, hence why GST is applied.

Returns
Should the item you purchased be faulty, please send us an email to advise. We will do our best to rectify and want to hear from you! We may ask for the product to be returned to us, and then we will refund the amount to you via the original payment method. We cannot refund for change of mind.
Should your product be faulty, we can offer a replacement (subject to availability). The replacement will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. If we cannot offer a replacement, a refund will be issued.
